ATC Training Status Descriptions
"Applications not yet received from trainer" - The ATC Approval Office has not yet received the applications from this training session. After an ATC training session is over, the ATC trainer has to review, sign, and make copies of all ATC applications. It may be several weeks after the training session before they are able to send the applications to the ATC Approval Office.
"In ATC Approval Office; processing in progress" - The ATC Approval Office has received the applications from this training session, and is currently processing them. You should expect to receive an email notification concerning your ATC approval soon. All email notifications will be sent to the email address provided on your application. Please check your email inbox regularly during this time for an email from the ATC Approval Office (email address will end with "@sfasu.edu"). Occasionally, if we have or expect difficulty contacting you by email, the ATC Approval Office may send notification by letter to your home address.
"Completed" - All applications from this training session have been processed by the ATC Approval Office. You should have received an email or letter notifying you of your approval status. All courses you were ATC approved for should appear on your ATC approval certificate. If you have courses missing from your certificate, you should have received notification letting you know either: 1. that the ATC Approval Office needed more information before you could be approved for those courses, or 2. why you were not approved for those courses. Please check to see if you have received notification of why you have not yet been approved before contacting the ATC Approval Office about missing courses.
